Nicholas Paillart is a third-generation family office principal with a career spanning Private Equity and Real Estate across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He blends a multi-generational investment heritage with international academic training and hands-on operating experience across multiple markets. A graduate in Business from the University of Birmingham and Political Science from the National University of Singapore, Nicholas began his career within the family enterprise, contributing to luxury real estate development on the Côte d’Azur. He later expanded the family’s footprint into Asia, where he developed a retail strategy across India and Singapore, before moving to Dubai to focus on Private Equity and Real Estate investment. In the early 2000s, Nicholas spearheaded the family’s expansion into the Middle East, establishing a long-term presence and building relationships across the region’s emerging financial and business centres. His leadership culminated in the transformation of the family holding structure into Liberté Capital, a DFSA-regulated multi-family fund management platform based in the DIFC. Today, Nicholas oversees investment strategy, partnerships, and international growth, continuing the family’s legacy while shaping a modern, globally connected wealth and investment platform.
