Saeed Alajou is a Partner at COTU Ventures, a Dubai-based early-stage venture capital firm backing founders across the Middle East. At COTU, he leads post-investment work, partnering closely with portfolio founders on go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and the operating practices needed to scale.

A Saudi national, Saeed began his career with a background in law, studying at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne before moving into technology. Over the past 15 years, he has built a career in revenue and growth, starting with US tech companies such as MicroStrategy and SAS, where he was part of the early teams driving their expansion into the Middle East. Most recently, he led growth at Unifonic, a Saudi scale-up, spearheading the company's expansion beyond Saudi Arabia over three years.

An active angel investor, Saeed has backed and supported early-stage startups, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges founders face as they scale.
