Scott joined Arrow in 2026 as Head of Investment, bringing more than 15 years of buy-side investment experience in asset-backed credit, illiquid opportunistic credit, and financial services private equity strategies in both US and European markets.

Before joining Arrow, Scott spent 13 years at Apollo Global Management, most recently as Partner, Asset Backed Finance and Head of US Consumer where he was responsible for defining the firm’s sector strategy and leading the sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management of relevant investments on behalf of Apollo-managed funds and affiliated balance sheets. Previously, Scott spent nearly a decade in Apollo’s European Principal Finance platform where he led investments across a broad array of real and financial asset types, investment formats, and deal structures, including securitizations, platform carve-outs, take-privates, and other complex transaction types.

Prior to Apollo, Scott was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Global Special Situations proprietary investing group where he focused on European real estate related opportunities across the capital structure, including distressed debt investing, bespoke credit solutions, and securitised credit trading. He began his career at Freeman & Co. (now part of Houlihan Lokey) in financial institutions M&A.

Scott graduated from Princeton University with a BA in English Literature and a Certificate in European Cultural Studies.
