Michael Skelly is a Managing Director on the Secondary team at Lexington Partners. He is primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions. Mike has worked with numerous pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other sophisticated global allocators to private equity to create bespoke liquidity solutions and has a broad network of GP relationships in the buyout and growth sectors, particularly in the middle-market buyout space. Mike has also worked extensively with Lexington’s limited partners on both the institutional and private wealth sides. Mike joined Lexington as an associate in 2010 from Brevan Howard, where he was an associate in investor relations. Prior to that, he was an analyst in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, working on international transactions in the Consumer Retail group. Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) with a BBA in Finance and Political Science.
