During his tenure in Private Equity Real Estate, Fu Jin has successfully fund-raised for several residential and commercial developments in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
At Assets Advisory, Fu Jin and team assist their clients in sourcing, due diligence and structuring of real estate investment transactions in South-east Asia.
Fu Jin is highly experienced in transacting properties across all sectors of Residential, Commercial & Industrial regionally with his breath of experience, and networks.
He is passionate in helping his clients fulfil their real estate investment needs.
Fu Jin holds a MSc (Real Estate) from NUS, and a BBM (Finance - Hons) from SMU
