Marco Honegger is Head of Strategic Clients Portfolio Solutions at LGT Private Banking Asia. In this role, he is responsible for the design and establishment of discretionary investment portfolios, and updating investment strategies for Strategic Clients, including private and institutional clients. Marco focuses on multi-asset class portfolios, which include equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Marco has over 20 years of cross-asset investment management experience across asset management, private banks, and investment management firms in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining LGT in 2017, Marco was a Portfolio Manager for both private and institutional clients at EFG Asset Management where he was responsible for Discretionary Portfolios in both Zurich and Singapore. Before joining EFG Asset Management, he was employed at a boutique Private Bank in Zurich as a Portfolio Manager. Marco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialisation in Economics from Vesalius College (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) in Belgium. Marco is a CFA charterholder.
