Naman Jhawar is a Principal at M Venture Partners (MVP), a Singapore-based early-stage venture firm investing across Southeast Asia and India. He sits on MVP's Investment Committee and leads sourcing, diligence and portfolio work.

Naman has worked in venture as an operator, a founder and an investor. Before MVP, he was Partner and Head of India & SEA at Picus Capital, where he opened the firm's Singapore office and built its early-stage portfolio across the region, including an exit to a global cybersecurity leader. He is also an active angel investor, with a portfolio that has delivered multiple exits and attracted tier-1 global funds in follow-on rounds.

As COO & SVP at Mobile Premier League, he helped scale India's esports unicorn to $200M ARR and roughly 100M users. He led the company's expansion into four international markets, its cross-border acquisition in Europe and the integration that followed. More recently, he founded and bootstrapped an AI company building sales and operations agents for service businesses across APAC.

Naman began his career at McKinsey & Company and Barclays. He regularly comments on tech investing in India and Southeast Asia in leading business publications and on national television.
