Vanessa Chin leads GTM across APAC at Antithesis, where the goal is simple: make software reliable, so it works as intended, bug-free. Antithesis's platform has helped engineering teams at Jane Street, MongoDB, Confluent, Supabase, and Replit find and reproduce bugs in complex systems.

She works with engineering and technology leaders on how AI-assisted development is changing software quality, reliability, and the way teams build and test complex systems.

Vanessa also chairs the Women in FinTech committee at Singapore FinTech Association, where she contributes to conversations shaping the future of financial services, technology, and innovation in Singapore and beyond.

Previously, Vanessa was an early team member at Carta, where she helped build the company’s go-to-market and ecosystem strategy across APAC and MENA. Before Carta, she founded and scaled two businesses, including a cross-border e-commerce grocery venture that culminated in a profitable exit.

A speaker and moderator, Vanessa brings a practical, commercially grounded perspective to conversations about technology, AI, fintech, entrepreneurship, and building across APAC. Outside work, she is usually on a padel court.
