Michael England is a founding partner of Pollen Street Capital, a mid-market financial services buyout fund which recently launched its sixth vintage. He leads the firm's private equity strategy and is a member of the investment committee, with a personal focus on insurance and professional services. Michael has been operating in the financial services sector for 20 years, with investments spanning each of Pollen Street's core subsectors of insurance, lending, software, professional services, payments and wealth.

Prior to Pollen Street, Michael held roles at RBS and OC&C strategy consultants.
