Global Director, FundWomen at 100 Women in Finance (100WF)

Sarah is the Global Director of FundWomen at 100 Women in Finance (100WF), a global nonprofit membership organisation committed to advancing women in financial services. FundWomen addresses the under-representation of women in investment roles by raising the visibility of female investment professionals and connecting them with institutional capital, media and conference organisers.

Sarah oversees the FundWomen Directory, a specialist database of diverse-owned funds, and leads Global FundWomen Week (7–11 December 2026), an international conference focused on driving capital allocation to female-led investment teams and emerging managers.

Previously, Sarah spent nearly a decade at Algebris Investments (TCI Affiliate), a global alternative asset manager, where she worked in capital raising and relationship management across long-only, hedge fund and private debt strategies for institutional investors worldwide. She began her career in UNHCR’s London external affairs department, supporting projects across Africa and Asia.

Her honours include the Dow Jones Financial News “Extra Mile 40” and Power100 “Advocate” awards. She is also a trustee of the Earth Cubs Foundation, an award-winning sustainability edutainment initiative for young children.
