Rakhi Bhattacharya is the Senior Director and Global Head of Transfer Pricing Planning and Controversy at Fiserv, a Fortune 500 fintech company. She leads Fiserv’s global transfer pricing strategy, governance, and risk management, turning complex tax rules into practical, scalable solutions that improve operations and strengthen regulatory compliance.

Rakhi has deep experience in intellectual property planning, supply chain structuring, and managing tax disputes. She has led critical negotiations as part of APAs, MAPs, and Competent Authority cases across several countries. She also oversees the design and implementation of Fiserv’s global transfer pricing models and drives AI-enabled tax optimization initiatives.

Rakhi’s brings a broad, cross-industry perspective through her work at Big Four firms and multinational companies in technology, financial services, and pharmaceutical industries. She is recognized for her practical approach, strong technical expertise, and ability to work across complex stakeholder groups.

She holds an MS in Business Leadership & Strategy from Harvard Business School and an MBA from Clark University. In 2023, she was named one of the Top Women Leaders in New Jersey by the Women We Admire network.
