Vidak Rajovic is CEO & Co-Founder of Aksiom, building what he believes should become the data infrastructure for modern transfer pricing.

His thesis is simple: transfer pricing does not primarily have a documentation problem — it has a data problem. Aksiom is designed to move TP from fragmented, spreadsheet-heavy workflows to a continuous, data-native operating model where intercompany data is structured, traceable and reusable by default.

Before Aksiom, Vidak co-founded and served as CTO of Kogna, a data-centric tax technology company that he helped take from first prototype to a profitable enterprise business before exiting in 2025.
