Profile

Tiffany Phung, Pharm.D., CSP, is Pharmacy Director of Value, Trade Relations, and Market Access at UC Davis Health and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the UCSF and UCI Schools of Pharmacy. She also serves as Interim Systemwide Pharmacy Special Operations Manager for UC Health. With more than 25 years of pharmacy experience, Dr. Phung leads initiatives in specialty pharmacy market access, limited-distribution therapies, pharmaceutical partnerships, and real-world evidence. She collaborates across the five UC Health systems to advance patient-centered specialty pharmacy care and strategic initiatives. Dr. Phung is also an educator and national speaker in specialty pharmacy.
