Lisa advises on all aspects of private institutional investment products and transactions. Her experience covers the structuring, marketing and establishment of real estate, private equity, infrastructure and debt funds, carried interest and co-investment schemes and other asset management arrangements, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which these funds operate.

Lisa has particular experience structuring and establishing continuation vehicles and advising on fund restructurings.

In addition to advising on and establishing funds with a global or European focus, Lisa has considerable experience with emerging markets-focused funds.

Lisa's practice also includes advising major investors on the terms of their fund investments, highlighting legal risk issues and negotiating terms for all types of fund investments, managed accounts and similar structures, and assisting clients with their ongoing legal and regulatory obligations.
