Sarah Moehrlein is Co-Founder and CFO of Ceplus Energy, a Munich-based independent fuel production platform. Ceplus builds fully off-grid plants that run on their own renewables generation and storage, turning low-cost electrons into RFNBO-compliant drop-in fuels. Its patent-pending production approach targets the bottlenecks slowing e-fuel deployment and cuts costs by more than 50%. Projects are in development across Southern and Eastern Europe and North Africa.

At Ceplus, Sarah leads project finance, EU regulatory strategy and corporate structuring, after a finance career in London. She is a firm believer in energy independence, and the current environment is the strongest argument for it. Aviation, heavy transport and defence cannot run without molecules. Independent production capacity is the shield against geopolitical supply risk, and it barely exists: that gap is the real-asset opportunity of this decade, and Ceplus is the platform built to fill it.
