Insurance Requirements

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all sponsors who are showcasing and/or displaying, preparing and sampling product or services at the event.

A COI must be on file by Wednesday, November 25, 2026.

Certificate of Insurance Requirements:

1. Name of Insured: Must be the legal name of contracting party/Company Name (the one who is purchasing the insurance)
2. Certificate Holder: Informa Connect: 300 S. Riverside Plaza, Suite 1600 Chicago, IL 60606
3. Limits of Insurance (Must be the same or greater than required by contract):
   1. Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate.
   2. Workers Compensation & Employers' Liability: Must meet statutory requirements.
   3. Automobile Liability: $500,000 per occurrence.
4. Hotel to be listed as additional insured: Kimpton Miralina Resort (7200 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85253)
5. COI must be valid for the duration of the event
   1. Policy Effective Date: Must be prior to or coincidental with the first day of Sponsor Move-In (December 9, 2026)
   2. Policy Expiration Date: Must be on or after the last day of Sponsor Move-Out (December 11, 2026).
